Terms of use

Version of August 27, 2026

This page describes the terms on which you buy and watch courses on forma-course.com. Please read it before buying: by creating an account or placing an order you agree to it. If something in these terms does not suit you, simply do not use the site.

1. Who we are

The courses are sold by Forma, a project registered in Moldova. You can write to us at vulpeanat@gmail.com. The seller's full registration details will be published here before payments are accepted. In the rest of this text we call ourselves «we» and you «you».

These terms apply to all buyers, wherever they live, including EU countries.

2. Subject of the agreement

We give you access to digital learning materials: video lessons on interface design and web development, Figma files, code repositories, tasks and accompanying texts. You pay for access to the materials, not for a physical product and not for the transfer of any rights to them.

Access to a course you have paid for has no time limit: for as long as the site runs you can return to the materials as often as you like. Future updates of the course are included — if we re-record a lesson or add a module, you get it at no extra cost. That said, unlimited access does not mean the course will stay unchanged forever: outdated lessons and files may be edited, replaced or removed.

3. Registration and your account

There are no passwords on the site. You enter your email, we send a sign-in link, you follow it and land in your account. This means that access to your mailbox equals access to your courses.

Hence a few simple rules: give an address you actually use; do not forward sign-in links to other people; write to vulpeanat@gmail.com if you notice a sign-in you did not make. We are not responsible for the consequences if someone has gained access to your mailbox.

One account — one person. An account cannot be sold, given away or transferred.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros: the introductory course — 3 euros, the main courses — from 39 to 69 euros, the format with a mentor — 149 euros. We may change prices, but this does not affect orders already paid for.

You can pay through PayPal or by bank card. Payments are processed by payment services under their own rules; your card details never reach us. Access opens once the payment is confirmed. Bank fees and the currency conversion rate are a matter between you and your bank.

5. Licence for the materials

After payment you receive a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence: to watch the videos, read the texts, open the Figma files and repositories and do the tasks — for your own learning.

What you may do: apply the techniques, approaches and code from the course in your own projects, including work and commercial ones; show the results of your own work; discuss the course and describe it in your own words.

What you may not do: resell the materials, publish them in whole or in part, put them into open access or closed chats, or turn them into a course, training or paid community of your own.

The licence lasts as long as your access lasts and ends if we close your access because of a breach.

6. Intellectual property

The rights to the videos, texts, layouts, the source code of the examples, the design of the site and the course names belong to us or to those from whom we obtained permission. Buying a course transfers neither copyright nor trademark rights to you.

Third-party fonts, images and libraries that appear in the materials are used under their own terms. Where such terms are stated in a file or a lesson, those terms apply.

7. What is not allowed

8. Termination of access

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close access to your account. We usually write to you first and ask you to explain the situation or to stop the breach. But in serious cases — for example, when a course has been put into open access — access may be closed immediately and without a refund. This does not deprive us of the right to claim damages.

You, for your part, may stop using the site at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to vulpeanat@gmail.com.

9. Limitation of liability

A course is learning material, not a guarantee of a result. We do not promise that after it you will find a job, get clients, reach a certain income or pass an interview. The result depends on your experience, your effort, the market and many circumstances we do not control.

We try to keep the materials accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that they are free of mistakes or that they fit your particular task. Tools and technologies change. You apply the solutions from a course at your own responsibility — especially code in working projects.

We do not promise that the site will run without interruption: failures, updates and hosting problems are possible. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the particular course; we are not liable for lost profit or indirect losses. This limitation does not remove the rights the law gives you as a consumer and which cannot be waived by contract.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change this document — for example when new learning formats or payment methods appear. The new version is published on this page with the date of the update, and we give notice of material changes by email. If you continue using the site after the changes take effect, that means you agree with them. Unlimited access to courses already bought is kept in any case.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Moldova, unless the law of your country of residence as a consumer requires otherwise.

We suggest resolving disputed situations by correspondence first: write to vulpeanat@gmail.com, describe the problem and attach the order details. We reply within a reasonable time and try to come to an agreement.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the court at the seller's place of registration in Moldova. Consumer buyers from the EU keep the right to go to the court of their place of residence and to the protection their local law gives them.

12. Miscellaneous

If any clause turns out to be invalid, the rest remain in force. This document is drawn up in Russian; translations into other languages are for convenience, and in case of discrepancy the meaning is determined by the Russian version.
