Payment and access

Version of August 27, 2026

Everything worth knowing about buying a course is gathered here: how payment works, where the tax in the final amount comes from, what happens right after the payment and how to get into your account afterwards. If a question is left over after reading, write to us — the contact details are at the end of the page.

How a purchase goes, step by step

  1. You choose a course on the site and press the buy button.
  2. On the payment page you give your email address and your country — the country is needed to work out the tax.
  3. You see the final amount: the price of the course plus your country's tax.
  4. You choose a payment method — PayPal or a bank card — and confirm the payment.
  5. Once the payment is confirmed, access to the course opens automatically and an email with a sign-in link arrives at the address you gave.

No separate registration before the purchase is needed: an account is created automatically for the address you entered at payment. So it is worth checking it for typos — that is exactly where the email with the link will go.

Payment methods

There are two ways to pay: through PayPal or by bank card. Both work from any country where your bank or your PayPal account works. Prices on the site are in euros; if your card is in another currency, your bank or payment system will convert the amount at its own rate — that conversion happens on their side, and its terms are best checked with them.

Why tax appears in the final amount

The course prices on the site — 3 euros for the introductory course, 39–69 euros for the main courses and 149 euros for the format with a mentor — are given without tax. VAT is worked out by the buyer's country and added on top of the price. That is why the payment page asks you to choose a country: the rate that applies, and therefore the total, depend on it.

The seller is registered in Moldova, and our buyers are all over the world, including EU countries. VAT rates differ from country to country, so the final amount for two people buying the same course may differ. You always see the exact amount at the checkout before confirming the payment — nothing is added after the fact.

What happens right after payment

Access opens automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is no manual check to wait for. At the same moment your account is created and an email with a sign-in link is sent.

How to sign in

There is no password — and you will not have to invent one. Signing in works through the link in the email: you open the email, press the link and land in your account with the courses you have bought. If you have signed out or are signing in from another device, request a new link to the same email address the purchase was made with.

If the email has not arrived

How many devices you can watch on

You can watch from a computer, a tablet and a phone — the course opens in a browser, no separate app is needed. You follow the link on whichever device suits you for studying and, if you need to, request a new link for another device.

Can the materials be downloaded

Video lessons and transcripts open on the site — a transcript is convenient to copy as text, to search and to return to the right point in a lesson. Figma files you copy into your own Figma account and then work with as your own. Repositories you clone with git. Tasks you do on your side, in your own project. If you need some material in another form, write to vulpeanat@gmail.com — we will see what can be done.

What access includes and how long it lasts

Access to a course includes the video lessons with transcripts, the Figma files, the code repositories and the tasks. The format with a mentor at 149 euros includes the same materials plus the work with a mentor.

Access is unlimited in time: it does not expire in a month or a year, and there is nothing to renew or pay extra for. Future updates of the course are included in the purchase too — if we re-record a lesson, add material or update the files, you get the new version at no extra cost.

How to get an invoice or proof of payment

Proof of payment comes from the payment system: PayPal sends its own email, and a card payment shows up in your bank statement. If you need an invoice or a document with the seller's registration details — for accounting, say, or to be reimbursed for training — write to vulpeanat@gmail.com. State the email address the purchase was made from, the name of the course and, if the invoice is for a company, its name, address and tax number.

If something has gone wrong

Write to vulpeanat@gmail.com — that is the quickest way. Describe what happened and add the email address used at payment, the name of the course and the proof of payment, if you have it. We will reply and sort it out. With those details almost any problem — no email, the course does not open, the money was taken twice, an invoice is needed — can be solved in the first reply.
